Sign up for Parent @ccess Parents, you can sign up for online access to information about your student(s). Parent @ccess is part of the Vancouver Public Schools goal to increase the communication between schools, teachers and families. The information available is dependent on your student’s grade level, but it can include academic progress, attendance, food services payments and account balances, and a link to email the teacher(s).
To sign up for Parent @ccess, please go to your child’s school. You must present photo identification in order to get an authorized login and password. You only need to apply at one school office even if you have children at more than one school. The Parent @ccess portal can be accessed from the district and school homepages.
Prior to the introduction of Parent @ccess, many parents of Vancouver secondary students had online accounts through Family Access. Family Access is now combined with Parent @ccess. Although the login screen has changed, parents can continue to use their existing accounts to login to Parent @ccess.
