For middle school students, Alki is a land of opportunity. Our active students have many choices for enhancing their school day. Choir, band, or orchestra; physical education and sports; art, drama, or even Alki TV; foreign languages and core academic classes—all add up to exciting days for our students. In addition, all students participate in math block (two periods of math each day), and iPads are assigned to each student as a part of Alki’s teaching and learning.

Alki has a student leadership group that takes on community service projects, fundraisers, and food drives. Students work with their peers to promote activities as alternatives to drugs and alcohol.

Our students excel academically. Chinook Elementary School and Skyview High School are located on adjacent campuses. Our proximity provides our students with opportunities to mentor younger students or challenge themselves with a high-school math class.

We’re proud of our school community and the opportunities we provide to our students!
