This page provides links to the online resources available to VPS families.You can find general information on district programs such as meal prices, child care, and other resources in the column on the left side of this page.You can use the links below to access personalized tools specific to your child(ren) to help you stay informed and guide your student's education. (Please note the quick links to the right if you already know where you want to go!)
Skyward Family Access is not available during the summer.
Food Service access will be enabled on August 4th with other features returning September 2nd.
Skyward Family Access: This is the gateway to your student's current world. For high school and middle school students, you can view current schedules, assignments, and progress grades, and set up helpful notifications.
For students at all levels, you can pay for school lunches and send messages to teachers through Skyward Family Access.
VPS Parent Portal: This is the gateway to your student's educational history within Vancouver Public Schools. The Parent Portal contains a number of valuable tools to track your student's performance.
Learner Profile: The learner profile provides a comprehensive look at your child’s education history. This includes VPS schools they have attended and their attendance record, as well as their performance on state and district standardized tests. You can also view cumulative credits and current GPA for high school students!
Report Cards: Access current and past years' report cards for your elementary student(s).
School Specific Info: See announcements and information from your child's school not available to the public, including library resources or online textbook login information.
Student Fines & Fees: This tool allows you to view any outstanding fines or fees for your student, and make online payments.
VPS Mobile App: Find school calendars, Skyward Family Access, bus routes, elementary lunch menus, a staff directory, news, and more in a smartphone- and tablet-friendly format. The app is free to download and can be translated into nearly 70 different languages!
