Join us at our annual Heritage Dinner for a celebratory night with music, dancing and an exciting live auction. University of Washington - Shades of Purple - Summer 2018
Shades of Purple is a student conference for underrepresented minority high school rising seniors (class of 2019) who are interested in attending the University of Washington – Seattle. The program focuses its resources on serving the following underrepresented minority groups: African American, Pacific Islander ( Melanesian, Polynesian, Micronesian) Southeast Asian, (Vietnamese, Lao, Khmer, Hmong, Mien, etc) Hispanic/Latino, and American Indian/Alaskan Native. “Shades of Purple in The Community” was created to encourage Underrepresented Minority students to pursue higher education as well as to give them the opportunity to experience the UW. Participants will meet future classmates, learn about campus programs, and discover the diversity and unity that exists within the UW community. You are guaranteed a lot of fun and a rewarding, worthwhile experience!

WSU VANCOUVER - ADMISSIONS 101
Admissions 101 is a one-hour presentation that covers the application process, financial aid, degrees offered, common myths, student life opportunities and more. Presentations are offered Fridays at 2 p.m. in the Student Services Center, Room 101.
